Angie Kindall, Instructional Coach at Valley View Elementary, has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious I Love Teaching Award, recognizing her exceptional dedication, mastery in education, and consistent support for both students and staff. Colleagues celebrated Kindall as being "instrumental in helping all of our students and teachers" at Valley View. As a former second-grade teacher, she was known for her "drive and passion in what she does" and always being willing to help out anybody that needs help.
As an instructional coach, she focuses on best practices and utilizing student data to help all students achieve, at high levels. Kindall's commitment goes beyond her official duties; colleagues noted she "does so many things that are not her job" , and simply jumps right in and does what needs to be done. Her supportive nature is a hallmark of her work. She is known to be organized and always kind, frequently checking in with teachers and aides. When mentoring, she uses a positive approach to encourage colleagues.
Ultimately, her peers agreed that the award is a well-deserved honor , with one stating, "I couldn't imagine the school without you. She's amazing". Congratulations to Angie Kindall on this well-deserved recognition!
