Parents with children born in 1985 & 1986 who attended special education programs in the Weber School District are being advised that the district is only required to keep special education records for three years after high school or until a student’s 22nd birthday.  At that time records are no longer needed for educational purposes.

Records for this period will soon be destroyed.  Parent desiring these records must issue a request in writing to:

All requests must be received at the District Office no later than July 21, 2009.
